• After paying, how long does it take to get my license?

  This is a digital product transferred by Anydesk. The process is immediate. As soon as you complete your order, we can connect to your PC remotely via Anydesk and begin the installation. Remote access is required for installation and configuration. The customer cannot do this independently.

• How long is the license?

  Our Use license has no Time limitation. You can use the software for an unlimited time. Our License is limited to be used on only 1 Registered PC. This means that you are not allowed to transfer Licenses to Other PCs. The Advanced version allows you to transfer the license code to another PC only during the Warranty period and only 1 time.

• If I change my Hard Drive to SSD, will it work?

  Our license is designed to work on 1 PC. When you create an image of your hard drive and transfer it to an SSD, the license will be automatically deactivated. These hardware changes are not allowed for any element of the PC. (Disks, MainBoard, Processors, Etc).

• If my computer crashes, do I lose my license?

  If you are in the Warranty period, our company will grant you a Backup license, filling out Form C-02 and contacting our support. Only 1 License is generated per guarantee during the entire period. If in your case, your computer was damaged and you are out of the warranty period, we regret to inform you that you must purchase a new license for your new computer.

• How do I know if it will work for what I need?

  We invite you to consult the videos of our official channel on YouTube. You can also write to WhatsApp to answer all your questions about it before your purchase.

• Can I have a demo?

  We don't offer Demos. For us it is very important to know the specific case of each client. We've Appointments available for one of our specialists to connect remotely with you and test the full operation for a period of 45 minutes without any commitment.

• Which models and brands are supported?

  Any scale brand and model that has an active Serial or USB HID communication port is suitable for use with PVCOM, If you need to confirm compatibility contact us to schedule a remote connection appointment.

• What do I do if my scale does not appear on the list?

  If your scale is not on this list of compatible models, write to us at [email protected] so that our support team can help you configure your scale with our software. Every week we include scale model updates to keep up to date with the new equipment that comes onto the market.
